Baby Fit with Fi offers 1-2-1 personal training for those going through the Pre or Post natal stage and new mothers wanting to recover and regain strength and confidence. Offered as a home visit service, around Brighton and Hove, Fiona comes to you with all the equipment that you need at a time that suits you.
"With years of experience training and coaching clients for body composition goals, I specialised in Pre & Post Natal Training to coach new mums through an exciting time in their lives where real support is needed. I am also a fully qualified nutritionist and incorporate that into my coaching for pregnancy and post natal requirements. Our plans will include nutrition advice and a tailored training program, to ensure that you stay healthy and strong through motherhood.
At this stage of your life, whether you've just found out your pregnant, or you have already given birth, it can be hard to know what you are able to do safely with your body. This is why knowledge is key to you feeling confident and empowered in your fitness at this really exciting time in your life.
